One Invite, Five Ways

We’ve been working on something behind the scenes and we are so excited to show off 5 new invitation designs! Each of the invites you will see here in this series are designed in the same color story and with the same fonts. The difference is the way that they open and close, or how they function. We wanted to show you how you can customize your wedding invitations so that they are exactly what fits your style and wedding aesthetic. Follow along and we will take you through our newest invitation designs!

The Bi-Fold Invite (Closed)

The Bi-Fold (Open)

Held closed with a paper belly band, this invite opens the same as our book style invitation.  A monogram is printed in white ink on the matte black paper band. The main invite is printed on white paper, and glued to black paper to create a border around it. That piece is glued into one side of the enclosure, while the other side has all of the accommodations information, as well as a QR code printed on it for the wedding guests to respond.

The Swivel Style (Closed)

The Swivel Style (Page 3)

A completely new design to APS, the Swivel Style invite is true to it’s name. Composed of three separate pieces, this invite is held together by a small brad in the corner that allows you to swivel between each page. The top page is white paper, with a monogram of the couple’s initials printed on it. The second page is a taupe color, with the couple’s names, the wedding date and the location printed on it. The third page is black paper, with white ink printing and features all of the Accommodations information, as well as the QR code to respond through.

The Half Fold (Closed)

The Half Fold (Open)

A perfect name to describe our “sneak peek” style invitation. Held closed with knotted black twine, this invitation gives you a glimpse at what’s inside before it’s even opened. The flap that is folded over the front of the invite features a monogram of the couple’s initials. Once opened, you can see the main invite is printed with white ink on matte black paper. On the inside of the flap there is a QR code that guests can scan to find hotel accommodation info, additional wedding details, and to RSVP directly online.

The Wrap Around (Closed)

The Wrap Around (Open)

Wrapped up like a pretty package with a beautiful bow, this invitation style opens up to reveal the wedding invite right inside of the details booklet. All of the information such as the couple’s names, the wedding date and the location are there on the main invite, which is printed on white paper. (Not seen in this picture, we glued the main invite to black paper to create a full black backer.) The Details booklet is printed on taupe cardstock,  and features all of the accommodations information, as well as the QR code to scan to respond.

The Self Closing Pocket (Closed)

The Self Close Pocket (Open)

This invitation needs no belly band as it holds itself closed. The front has the monogram printed on it. When it’s opened, you see the main invite glued inside. It is printed on matte black paper with white ink. There is also a small angled pocket that holds the Accommodations, Events and Response cards.
