Reception Materials

Reception materials can include ceremony programs, table numbers, seating chart posters, signature drink signs, escort cards, menus, wedding timelines, favor tags, and so much more. They can be designed to match the tone and look of your wedding theme—and the rest of your stationery. There are so many options for reception stationery, you may not know where to start. Menus, Programs & Signature Drink Signs

Menus: Personalized menus are a pretty and special way to get guests ready for a delicious meal at your wedding. Depending on your venue, you may need to supply your own menus. Some venues will provide menus, but they will most likely be very basic, and simple, printed on white paper. We can design a beautiful menu that coordinates either with your invitation suite or the overall theme and look of your wedding .

Programs: A wedding program typically highlights everything your guests can expect during the ceremony. You’ll want to include key moments of your wedding ceremony and acknowledge the essential people on your special day.

Signature drink signs: Creating signature wedding drinks is a fun way to add a personal touch to your special day. They can be a classic cocktail with a twist, or a completely new creation just for the occasion. Thinking of cute names is part of the fun, but designing an adorable sign to go along with the drinks is what we love to do!

Wedding Day Timelines

If you have multiple events throughout your wedding weekend, like a welcome party, an after party, the wedding itself and/or a goodbye brunch, you may wish to include a wedding timeline card in your hotel welcome bags. Wedding timelines can include when the shuttle will be picking up guests, the times that each wedding day event will begin, and any next day events that may follow.

Table Numbers

Table signs work in conjunction with your seating chart and/or escort cards to help your guests find their seats for your wedding reception. Table signs should be clear, visible and complimentary to the vibe and look of your wedding.

Escort Cards

Escort cards are small cards used to inform guests of where they are seated at the wedding reception. They typically display the guest's name and their table number. Escort cards differ from place cards in that they direct guests the table they are seated at, rather than a specific seat. Guests are free to choose their own seats if there are no place cards.

In Lieu of Favors/Favor Signs

An In lieu of Favors sign is a sign that lets wedding guests know that a donation has been made in place of wedding favors. These signs can be customized with names, a charity or cause, and designed to match your wedding invitations or theme. On the other hand, should you decide you would like to give favors to your guests, we can also design custom favor tags, labels and signs.
